The Manager of CRM & Direct Marketing is responsible for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program and marketing to current, future and past customers through email, in-App communication and SMS. This will be accomplished through requirements analysis, design, testing and implementing a enterprise wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program and leading the end-to-end emai, in-Appl and SMS program from strategy to deployment.What you'll do

Act as a key partner to the business as the voice of the customer and CRM best practices exper

Manage top of funnel operations and reporting to business stakeholders

Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and

informational content strategies through direct communication (Email, Push notification, in-

App, SMS, and email team to maximize performance

Manage creation and execution of marketing campaigns using internal and enterprise

solutions to deliver against business goals

Develop testing strategies to deliver against ROI targets through a highly segmented

customer base

Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR, open rates, incremental

revenue lift, engagement and retention

Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity with fast-growing, high-volume

lists and data feeds

Create and run reports; prepare analysis for marketing programs or proposals

Manage marketing funnel reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to track

progress against goals

Analyze data from marketing and sales funnel (lead to closed) to identify opportunities for

increased velocity and optimizationWhat you'll need Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through deep analytical thinking

At least 5 years online marketing-specific experience with a minimum 2 year demonstrated success in email marketing and marketing and direct messages automation

Proven expertise leveraging and creating multi-step lifecycle automations, nurture campaigns, lead flows, and complex customer journeys

Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing, KPI tracking and ROI analysis

Strategic CRM focus and can suggest creative solutions in-line with business objectives

Experience with regularly cadenced business reporting to stakeholders.

Self-starter with ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Understanding and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL

Excellent written communication skills
