Helping team members reach their full sales potential is the main objective of a real estate sales manager, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job.
Must plan and implement sales objects and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 8 years' experience in Real estate industry, along with 2 years of experience managing a team
Excellent in communication and negotiation skills.
Must need to have strong interpersonal skills.
Strong work of ethics.
Professional, organized, honest and presentable
Valid driving license.
