FazWaz is looking for an outstanding executive to oversee our new Dubai operation. At FazWaz you will collaborate with a diverse set of professionals to revolutionize the UAE real estate industry. You will be the leader that will partner across Fazwaz to develop and manage our team of Sales Managers, and through them, our fast-growing network of top real estate agents countrywide. Sales Managers are critical to attracting agents, coaching them, and helping them manage and grow their business. In this role you will continue to build culture and community among Sales Managers and agents, while providing strategy oversight and direction for the Dubai based operation.

At FazWaz You Will

In partnership with the management team, develop and implement strategies and programs at the individual, team and organization levels together that foster an environment of continuous growth and professional development for Sales Managers and agents.

Develop a strategy and budget and provide senior leadership with ongoing reporting and analysis of activities and drive process improvements.

Act as a bridge between FazWaz agents and staff to help fuel collaboration between them and provide senior leadership with the agent's view and market's insight on key strategic decisions.

Identify and sign-up a select number of strategic partner brokerages to act as our partner that specialize in specific regions or projects.

Meet and maintain relationship with top tier real estate developers within the region to define and agree commission and extra marketing or promotion where required.

Counsel, coach, and mentor Sales Managers across FazWaz in their management of agents and partner brokerages.

Work with Sales managers, Agent Ops and Marketing to organize networking/referral opportunities for agents including but not limited to growing the network and systematizing/scaling the way we make these connections

Ensure that agents are adhering to FazWaz values in their staff interactions and drive and embed diversity and inclusion practices into all that we do

Manage key external relationships ( representing FazWaz with data providers, financial institutions, or other media partnerships)

Support the team in the recruitment of support staff, operations, sales and business development ;

Help prepare regional succession plans and hire the next generation of Sales Managers based on FazWaz growth

If time permits, manage directly top 10-20 agents and evaluate the need to create additional divisions to the existing one and work with the involved agents

Be active within the real estate community, attend events, and conduct regular PR and promotion of , its brand and overall mission to digitize and simplify the real estate transaction and sales process.


What We're Looking For

5+ years of management experience

Proven track record to be able to hire, manage and retain world class talent

Ability to empower teams to achieve their goals by effectively knocking down any roadblocks they face

Experience within real estate industry in the UAE is a massive bonus but not 100% required

Outstanding strategic planning and effective project management skills

Solutions-oriented mindset and approach

Excellent communicator who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders

Charisma and natural ability to connect with others / high emotional intelligence

Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
