Duties relating to;

Co-ordinate FOH operations

Ensure efficient and cost effective operations

Manage and maintain restaurants good image and ratings

Liase with clients and manage customer relations / expectations

Manage staff and staff needs

Plan for future requirements

Ensure compliance with industry health and safety and sanitation requirements and protocols

Check cash ups and end of day.

Necessary experience / qualifications:

Computer literate

Familiar with POS systems (MICROS preferred)

Applicable employment history or training
