Responsibilities:

A digital marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

• Plan and executive the company's digital marketing strategies and techniques such as display advertising campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, etc.

• Develop, implement and monitor platform and product category strategies to achieve established financial goals. Scope includes white space assessment, analysis of market trends, customer needs, clinical trends and competitive landscape.

• Collaborate to develop market models in support of ongoing & future portfolio projects.

• Collaborates on launches and transitions new solutions to the respective business team(s).

• Ensure application of established corporate financial and internal controls within area of responsibility.

• Identify latest trends and optimize marketing strategies based on those trends.

• Measure and compare performance of all the company's digital marketing campaigns, ensuring the goals are achieved.

• Come up with new and creative strategies for expansion and growth.

• Work together with internal teams to produce landing pages and optimize user experience.

• Analyze the customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

• Communicate and collaborate with vendor partners and agencies.

• Keep up to date on the latest emerging technologies in order to provide different perspectives for adoption where suitable.

• Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve the desired business results.

• Create presentation materials for executive-level decision makers.


Reporting Relationships:

Reports to: Vice President of Sales

Scope/ organizational Relationships: He/she collaborates with business units to define the portfolio and take new products, product improvements, and line extensions to market.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing. Strong preference for candidates with a MBA or other graduate degree(s).

• Required skill(s): SEO, SEM, PPC, CPC, Display advertising, CRO.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in in e-commerce & digital marketing industry

• Required language(s): Malays & English

• Experience in strategic marketing, market research, business development, and product development. Strong business financial acumen with advanced analytical and quantitative skills. Primary and secondary research experience required.

• Comprehensive understanding of marketing's (3C's and 4P's) role in the financial B2B environment. Successful performance in this position requires a broad-based knowledge in business management, project management, marketing, and extensive experience in B2B industry.

• Significant problem solving and general management skills are required to manage this complex portfolio of projects.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• The incumbent must have highly developed leadership qualities and the ability to manage cross-functional without direct reporting relationships. Financial products marketing or sales experience desirable.
