Job Description:

• Overall management of shop`s operation and sales 
  

• To create team work to achieve outlet KPI together 
  

• Work closely with management team and cook in reviewing of menus and highlight popular dishes, as well as eliminating dishes and negative ;

• Work closely and report to Operation Director on marketing campaign, promotions, events and etc 

• Ensure quality in service, food and hygiene and closely monitor food wastage 

• Ensure all staffs are well-trained discipline, follow Outlet 
  
• Rules and Regulations and read through all MEMOs, SOPs, Recipes, Guidelines and Policies  

• Take charge of outlet`s training, operations, supervise the service crews on daily operation and effectively retain talented ;

• Conduct performance assessment and making recommendation or termination of poor performing staff 

• Monitor stock ordering, hygiene schedule, machine, peak hour serving  

• Responsible for staff`s duty roster especially on opening and closing of ;

• Properly handle petty cash, floating cash and coin ;
  

• Bank in daily sales in timely manner 
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in F&B frontline and minimum 1 year experience managing staff 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills at a level 
  

• Excellent and positive service attitude 
  

• Able to work in weekend and public holiday 
  

• Good team player with strong customer service skills 
  

• Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment 
  

• Able to start work immediately or with short notice period 
  

• Candidate who possess basic hygiene course certificate will have an added advantage
