Job details
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop lead opportunities by qualifying accounts and collecting information that includes names, titles, addresses, phone numbers, email, opt-ins, project teams, budget and competitive information.
2. To make outbound calls targeting your designated area to obtain qualified leads and book appointments for your sales team to generate new business.
3. Follow-up on the leads provided to the sales team.
4. Explain about the products and answer questions from customers.
5. Undertake research to identify new organizations and markets for the sales and marketing team to target.
6. To build effective relationships with potential clients by use of appropriate questioning, clarification and language.
7. Maintain reports of contacts, accounts, and leads generated and updating it on regular basis.
Skills Required:
1. Preferably female Candidates.
2. Experience: 0-2 Years.
3. Any Graduate.
4. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs like MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Proficient in English and Hindi.
7. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
8. Persistent and results-oriented.
9. Patient and able to handle customer rejection
