We're looking for a highly motivated individual, with a passion for marketing, Public Relations, communications and excellent interpersonal relations.

The candidate must be proficient in both online and offline marketing activities, as well as sound knowledge of widely used software (tools).


Together with your team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire marketing operation, to accelerate growth of the ICPA and the business development of its members.

Job Responsibilities


- Manage digital communication channels ( website, blogs, emails and social media) to maximise marketing strategies

- Assist with development of a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan

- Manage ICPA CRM, website and online databases

- Integration of CRM system, Xero accounting package, Mailchimp, WordPress website and other necessary online portals

- Measure KPIs and manage a marketing/media budget

- Design creative campaign material; flyers, posters and emailers

- Published Media content curation

- Geo-map member database management and maintain member directory (public facing)

- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive marketing strategies

- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments - advise ICPA management

- Build our digital marketing roadmap

- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget

- Oversee our social media accounts

- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out



Job Requirements


- You have at least 3 years of online and offline marketing experience, preferably including brand management, product marketing and acquisition analytics experience

- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful traditional & digital marketing campaigns

- Excellent analytical and project management skills

- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills

- Excellent organizing skills

- Analytical and creative thinking

- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills

- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices

- Customer-centric approach with aptitude

- Become the organization's contact for external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients

- Thorough knowledge of web analytics ( Google Analytics, Web Trends, Mos., etc.) and Google AdWords

- Experience with CRM tools and marketing software (HubSpot, SugarCRM, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, DIVI, WordPress etc)

- Web design and a qualification in Information Systems / IT would be advantageous

- Professional Chartered Marketer (CIM) qualification is a plus
