We are an Interior Fit-out production company , looking for Joinery Interior & Fit-Out Sales Executive / Manager.
• Project, source and develop new business opportunities through consultants,architects, interior designers and partnership contractors to increase revenue and market share.
• Generates leads and sales opportunities to meet the Company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/ inquiries are attended to.
• Establish market penetration in Commercial Interiors in the UAE.
• Identifying and winning major projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
• To liase with the design and the execution teams throughout the process and make sure all client requirements are met.
• Preparation and presentation of sales proposals.
• Working closely with the project team and liaising with the client until contract handover.
Job Requirements
• Currently working in a business development/ sales in the UAE in the interior fitout design and build with strong technical awareness of commercial and residential interior fit out, joinery, flooring, Lighting and joinery works.
• Must have worked on Niche projects with a minimum value of 1 Million.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
License:
• Driver's License (Required)
Language:
• English (Required)
• Arabic (Preferred)
Experience:
• fit out industry: 3 years (Required)
Location:
• Dubai (Preferred)
