We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Call Centre Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for retaining customers, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary.
Our Call Centre Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' retention issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:-
Answer calls of suspended customers
Handle customer inquiries
Probe and find out reason for not recharging
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Update existing customer information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Ideal candidate:-
Fluent in Tamil & English
Class XII pass
Minimum 18 years of age
Should possess Aadhar card/ PAN card/ Voter ID
Required qualifications
12th Pass
