ION Resources PVT Ltd is looking for an HR Manager to join its Human Resources team.
The incumbent should have at least 2 to 4 years of experience and least a bachelor's degree in BBA (preferably of Recruitment experience).
We're offering a very handsome package in the range of 50k to 65k based on your work experience and dedication.
Incumbent will need to work on following functions:
1 - Talent Acquisition
2 - HR Operation
3 - Client Management and relationship
4 - Training and development
5 - Attendance management
6 - Fluent Communication skills (English Compulsory)
7 - Database management
8 - HRIS
9 - Building pipeline for future requirements.
Preference will be given to candidate having recruitment experience in Human Resource Department.
