Job Requirements

We are looking to hire a European or South African F&B Manager to join Al Habtoor Group Hotels Division. We require candidates who has more than 5 years of F&B Management experience in a established Night Club and will be able to join our Hospitality team immediately.

Main Job Role

Overall F&B Management and providing support to the Operations Manager in supervising staff members; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems and ensuring that the daily operations is in line with brand strategies and that customer experience goals are consistently achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for running all aspects of the Night Club focusing on cleanliness, health and safety standard compliance, proper stocking, set-up, inventory procedures and exceptional customer service

• Direct impact on interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

• Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances

• Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.

• Keep up to date with licensing legislations, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises

• Supervise Procurement, Purchasing and Sales Management as required by the top management
