Job details
• Assist in submission of quotation, follow-up, order processing and client relations.
• Processing the client orders and support in preparing sample submission to clients.
• Product introduction mail/fax/e-mail campaign, documentation and Tele-marketing.
• Participation & Coordination of Exhibitions, Seminars and Company Events.
• Coordination for principal delegates visit and meeting with potential clients.
• Assist in prepare PI's and work towards preparing the order acknowledgment
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations for the Sales Team
• Coordinate garment/sample needs including development of mannequin and line plan for displays; photo sets for stages; process packing and shipping.
• Maintain sample storage areas and assist in displays throughout various locations
• Assist in compilation of research and product development information
• Archiving, scanning and document control
• Performing the duties assigned by Commercial Manager
• Email accounts management and reply to mails or rerouting of mails to the persons concerned
• Travel arrangements which include visa preparations, hotels, tickets and pick up arrangements of Manager and visitors
• Responsible for receiving courier packages (docs or non-docs) for Marketing & Sales department and ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing couriers.
• Drafting emails, letters, memos and various correspondence, etc.
• Carry out other clerical and secretarial duties as required
• Excellent liaison and coordination with Marketing & Sales Team & to customers/clients
