We're looking for a results-driven Sales & Procurement Manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost up top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.


As a Sales & Procurement Manager, you will work closely with customers and the company management team to grow and promote the sale of security services, generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, developing long-term customer relationships and implementing strategic plans. Sales representatives are the first line of contact especially with new customers and as such it is important you have great interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities


Present, promote and sell services using persuasive arguments to existing and prospective customers

Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth through engagement with current and potential customers to meet their needs

Perform B2B sales activities from lead generation through closure in the Security industry

Prepare action plans for effective search of sale leads and prospects within assigned sales region

Maintain records of customer communications and contact information as required

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

Expedite the resolution of customer queries and complaints to maximise satisfaction

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frame

Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements


2 Year minimum work experience as a procurement & sales representative

A UK Driving Licence is essential

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Excellent selling, contracting, communication and negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management and organisational skills

Consistently dependable, reliable and punctual

Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials effectively and accurately

Ability to create and deliver appropriate presentations tailored to the audience

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

BS/BA degree, or equivalent professional qualification

Ability to persuade and influence others

Ability to be proactive with clients

Experience in the security industry is essential

Able to demonstrate a high standard of customer service

Eligible to work in the UK

Ability to provide 5 year employment history subject to check
