Job details
To fully understand the company commercial product portfolio and sell these solutions to key prospects and recurring customers, developing new incoming leads and building and maintain long lasting relationships with key accounts. To manage sales force data for ME territory
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Maximize Commercial sales revenue in assigned territories
• On a daily basis review and qualify territory leads from all available sources, Sales force, RMT free and fast track Service, Country Manager Sales
• Research leads and clients to clearly establish needs and sales potential
• As directed by Country Manager organise joint or solo meetings/follow up calls with clients
• Respond to client queries and requests fully, clearly and in a timely manner and clearly document lead progression
• Position and sell company commercial product portfolio effectively
• Liaise with potential customers, process documentation, contracts and record information from first contact to post event account management
• Build and develop long lasting relationships with clients
• Follow up on leads using sales force
• Sales Force Super User for ME territory: Responsible for updating and maintaining sales and client information on sales force, analyzing information on an ongoing basis and reporting on KPI's.
• Attend and actively contribute to all relevant internal meetings and regularly report on progress from assigned territories
• Represent company key values
• Achieve company and individual targets and objectives
• Attend Adjudications when required.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Relevant Experience: 3 - 5 years
• At least 2 years' experience within account management in the GCC.
• Is fluent in English and Arabic.
• Experience in marketing and PR campaigns in KSA preferred.
• Experience of selling creative services along with trademark and licensing would be ideal
• CRM experience is necessary
• You will have experience in the following areas:
o Building relationships with accounts, prospects and customers
o Creating proposals using creative briefs
o Upselling and maximisation of new and existing customers
o Negotiating and managing opportunities and successfully closing deals
o Processing documentation, general sales administration
o Collaborate to ensure the customer gets the best experience
• Tenacious and ambitious
• Team player who can work independently
• Articulate, organised and professional
• Target driven
• Able to liaise with customer from all backgrounds
• Exceptional telephone manner and proposal writing
• Additional languages are preferred due to the nature of the business but are not essential
• Experience working with agencies
• Cultural sensitivity
• Experience in customer service, with the general public and business 2 business
• Ability to prioritize and manage personal time
• Enjoys the responsibility of working autonomously
