Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to the director

• Dealing with correspondence and phone calls

• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments

• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

• Taking action points and writing minutes

• Managing ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

• An understanding of confidentiality issues

• Able to write and communicate in Mandarin and English

• Willing to travel when required

• Capable to work under extreme pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Candidate preferable possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial Studies
