Job Requirement:

•    2 Years working experience in the related field is required for this position

•    Strong plan executive and analytical problem-solving skills

•    Good interpersonal & communication skills

•    Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Job Responsibility:

•    To source for suppliers for purchases and negotiation of pricing and liaise and communicate with suppliers by email and phone

•    To negotiate supply arrangements with suppliers at the best terms available and regularly review the term set

•    To negotiate with manufacturers on volume related incentive payments

•    Responsible for order processing and follow up on delivery

•    Report on monthly purchasing status for budgeting purpose

•    To work closely with the Finance department, ensuring all rebates are claimed as scheduled

•    Handle and evaluate suppliers' performance based on quality, delivery performance, cost and allocation

•    Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness target

•    To actively source for new supplier

•    To ensure compliance with all Company's operating policies, procedure and standard instruction
