• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment

• Must be a leader that sets standard and expectations through his or her character, integrity, ethics and personality

• Able to deliver, project and motivate students or corporate Employees through effective training methodologies both as a group and individual in the classroom

• Manage the delivery and continuous improvement of self-learning programs across the organization for the support of the organization's needs.

• Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness in the execution of training programs in institutes

• Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of corporate training programs and strategies

• Monitor and measure effectiveness of all execution of training programs in institutes

• Coordinating with individual departments (Institutes) to outline deliverables to students and expectation

• Proactively work with the Management team to identify areas of execution and accomplishing the tasks then and there without any backlogs .

• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
