  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing ;
  • Deliver information needed to complete accounting tasks, including invoicing, budget tracking and bookkeeping ;
  • Manage meetings, agendas, appointments and travel arrangements for the management.
  • Provide administrative support for operation's ;
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders as ;
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner through the various methods such as emails, phone calls and company's whats up ;
  • Prepare the filings for each participant in our JTC Trips as requested prior any scheduled ;
  • Prepare the office for upcoming lectures/workshops prior any scheduled lectures/workshops
  • Assist in organising special functions and social events as requested by the ;
  • Manage the daily operation of the office as ;
  • Keep track of various projects and initiatives issued by the management.
  • Organising the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition and schedule necessary repairs/maintenance 
  • Following up with JTC staff in terms of tasks delivery to make sure that things are performed on time
