What you'll be doing


  • Leading and managing a team of up to 10 testers 
  • Assigning tasks to team of Testers including Senior Testers 
  • Confirmation and validation of bugs 
  • Mastering and security of project media and hardware 
  • Communication with clients including reporting 
  • Organizing and maintaining employee shift patterns 
  • HR tasks related to managing a team such as interviewing, verifying hours, conducting disciplinary actions, coaching and training, ;
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested

What we're looking for


  • Significant experience in QA/Localization QA testing across multiple platforms preferably in an outsourced environment 
  • Localization QA testing experience across entire testing life-cycle preferred 
  • Experience of leading QA teams preferred 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Excellent team-working skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Proven leadership skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Flexible attitude 
  • Cegep/College Diploma or equivalent. Degree in games related subject preferred 
  • Functional verbal French capabilities 
  • Native level fluency in French, Italian, German or Spanish asset
