What you'll be doing


  • Managing a team of up to 20 testers on each a project 
  • Driving decision making through collaboration 
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to quick changes 
  • Preparing Test plans 
  • Reviewing and approving project deliverable 
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress 
  • Resolving project issues and processing compliance 
  • Mentoring your team 
  • Reviewing, sending reports to clients and communication coordination 
  • Confirmation and validation of bugs 
  • Mastering and security of project media and hardware 
  • Organizing and maintaining employee shift patterns 
  • HR tasks related to managing a team such as interviewing, verifying hours, conducting disciplinary action, coaching and training, ;
  • Assisting the sales team in preparing quotes and contracts 
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested


What we're looking for


  • Native level fluency in the Japanese and English, both spoken and written 
  • 2+ years of experience in QA/Localization testing across multiple platforms preferably in an outsourced environment 
  • Good understanding of bug database 
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills 
  • Excellent team-working skills with proven leadership abilities 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Flexible to over time and weekend work on project requirement 
  • Must be educated at Cegep/College level or equivalent 
  • Degree in games related subject preferred 
  • Functional Verbal French communication capabilities
