We are looking out for an intern to join our HR ;
Job Purpose:
To provide support to the recruitment process by identifying the right candidates for the opportunities within Transmed.
The intern will be mainly responsible for:
1) Posting job descriptions on Linkedin and Taleo
2) Shortlisting and screening talents
3) Coordinating for interviews and assessment centers
4) Liaising with line managers for their recruitment needs
5) Updating and reviewing job descriptions
6) Maintaining new joiner documentation and files.
7) Tracking new requisitions and candidate records on Applicant Tracking system.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree relevant to any business administration field
• Valid UAE Residence Visa
• Previous knowledge in Taleo and Linked In is a plus.
