UMS is looking for suitable candidates to fill this position. The candidate must have prior experience with an event management company in a similar position. He/she should be a seasoned professional in Event Management, with at least 3-5 years of experience. Should be able to develop presentations creatively and deliver them with finesse and impact; should have the ability to ideate and innovate new concepts & think creatively. The person should be well versed in event execution, set-up and logistics.
He/she should have the following skills:
Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
Delivering events on time, within budget, and achieve sponsorship sales targets
Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
Should have sound technical skills including managing the console, slides and an understanding of light & sound during an event.
Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
Ability to make event related concepts and presentations.
Managing supplier and vendor relationships. Getting competitive quotes from suppliers for various requirements.
Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.
Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events.
Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.
