Job Roles & Responsibilities


Develop building structure and infrastructure concept plan and pre-consult relevant authorities/agencies.

Identify, manage and supervise relevant front-end investigation work such Soil investigation (SI) and Geophysical scanning.

Prepare building structure and infrastructure technical scope and support cost estimation effort Review capital expenditure budget

Review the preliminary design, detailed design, tender drawings and documents from

Consultants and/or Builder.

Evaluate tender as Tender Evaluation Committee member

Support value management activities, tender clarification activities and construction management of project

Provide technical support to non-building/Infrastructure development related tasks

Provide technical support to Renovation & Refurbishment (R&R) and Additions & Alteration (A&A) projects.

Job Requirements


At least 5 years of design experience for infrastructure projects

Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB)

candidate must be familiar with using design software such as PLAXIS, SLOPEW, ETABS, Staadpro, Prokon etc

Min Year Of Experience: 5

Required qualifications

Degree in Civilengineering
