Qualification:
- High school/Diploma degree
- Bilingual preferable ( Arabic/English)
- Computer skills
- 2 years' previous experience including cashiering activities
- Open to work in shifts- evening, morning, night and split
Duties and responsibilities:
- Complies with all hospital policies and procedures
- Greeting patients/customers in a professional manner in line with Customer Service Guidelines
- Providing information about doctors, medical services, rooms and pricing
- Booking patients on the system
- Creating patient file for new patients
- Updating files for returning patients
- Collecting and completing insurance related information
- Ensuring completeness of patient documents (civil ID, insurance validity)
- Admitting patients as required and ensuring proper documentation as per admission guidelines
- Deals with external doctors, receiving admission slips, checking patient files, contacting doctors to ensure completion
- Showing rooms and guiding patients to the relevant destination
- Conducting ipad bookings and acing as a mobile agent servicing different areas as needed
- Resolving customer/patient complaints
- Receives payment in cash/knet/insurance
- Receiving cash box custody and handing over closing cash from and to the finance department
- Attending to calls and responding to patient/customer queries as needed
- Preparing required reports
- Performs other related duties as directed by the HOD.
