You will be directly assisting and reporting to the HR and Admin department, delivering assigned tasks and suggesting solutions to minor departmental ;
Learning objective:
By the end of the program, our goal is for the intern to acquire technical skills in HR including, but not limited to, recruitment and selection, basic compensation & benefits processes, familiarization with performance management, organization of existing employees' 201 files, conducting pre-employment requirement discussion, preparation of weekly report, setting and scheduling a meeting and developing overall management ;
