Qualification:

- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field

- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment, 3 of which must be in the healthcare field in Kuwait

- Applicants must be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic & English

- Applicants must reside in Kuwait and have a valid transferable residency

Duties & responsibilities:

- Sourcing candidates, both local and overseas

- Liaising with different recruitment agencies

- Preparing and updating job descriptions

- Developing and implementing competency frameworks for recruitment

- Conducting competency based interviews

- Preparing interview summaries and recommendations

- Ensuring that candidate documentation matches the requirements

- Creating and updating reports on recruitment and mobilization
