Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to partner with business units for support on HR daily operations 
  
• Liaise and coordinate with senior management for HR roll-out projects 
  
• Perform HR functions in the area of recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training & development 
  
• Handle on-boarding activities and involved in company staff events 
  

Job requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full spectrum of HR and experienced in managing senior stakeholders 
  
• Excellent communication and good interpersonal skill with a positive "can-do" attitude 
  
• Independent, proactive, decision-making and strong ability to follow through the tasks to meet deadlines 
  
• Work location: Buona Vista, for a large MNC in logistics 
  
• 5 days' work week (Mon to Fri am to pm)
