Education level college level or college graduate preferably of Culinary Arts

proven track record in leading a team; with strong analytical, communication, and inter-personal skills;
critical-thinking and reasoning abilities; ability to meet deadlines and multitask;
need to have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
administrative and communication skills, such as those associated with giving orders and providing direction to the culinary staff;
mentally alert, attentive to details, has good/sound judgment
Technical skills excellent cooking skills
has an extensive understanding of produce and ingredients
has the ability to write menus that are both creative and profitable
Experience preferably with at least 5 years experience in Culinary management, either in the same position or as Executive
in a reputable hotel or restaurant
Personality must be of good moral character
Duties responsible for the overall daily operations in the kitchens;
develop and standardize recipes, plan and prepare special menu items, choose menu designs and determine menu prices;
review food and beverage purchases;
maintain safety and sanitation in the kitchen;
handle administrative duties, including interview and training of new culinary employees, staff schedules, performance review, disciplinary action etc;
motivate and lead a team of culinary professionals
