Our team consists of some of the most innovative & top-notch hairstylists, artists & therapists in the industry who have previously worked with celebrities.

THE POSITION

You will be working in a cafe-like atmosphere working environment and get to experience working in a Korean culture environment. You are also able to associate with the most up-to-date Korean beauty trends.

Salary: RM 5000 - Rm 8000 per month

5 - 6 days work week

THE DUTIES

• Manage all marketing activities
  
• Develop marketing strategy to go in line with company's objectives
  
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
  
• Oversee the company's marketing budget
  
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns
  
• Create a wide range of different marketing materials and expand channels of marketing
  
• Coordinate internal and external resources to create deliverables
  
• Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications
  
• Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches
  
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  
• Stay informed of trends and competitor analysis in the digital landscapes and propose relevant changes to platforms and communication
  
• Source and negotiate promotional tie-ups to generate revenue
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in beauty industry is preferred
  
• Minimum diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or Business Administration
  
• Independent, self-motivated, disciplined, results-driven, meticulous, good at multitasking
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Strong organizational and creative skills
  
• Confidence
  
• Good command in English (Chinese and/or Korean speaking ability is an advantage
