Job details
The Executive - Customer Service will be required to manage all enquiries pertaining to clients products.
The position will require to support the contact centre via telephone calls and emails in spoken and written English and Sinhala.
The Responsibilities of the Role
• Assist with all incoming enquiries pertaining to clients products and services.
• Handle general complaints and disputes through the customer complaints resolution process.
• Conduct outbound calls covering customer satisfaction, reject calls
• Assist/undertake any other tasks as assigned by management.
The Requirement for the Role
• Successfully completion of Ordinary Level Examination (Credits in Mathematics and English)
• Minimum 1 Year experience in Customer Service, Preferably in a Call Center Environment.
• School Leavers are Encouraged to Apply.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English, Sinhala and Tamil.
• Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
• Dynamic, highly motivated and a result - oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a challenging environment.
