• To handle administrative duties, clerical services, and office support activities to ensure effective and efficient operation of the Company,
: Filling and updating database, processes paperwork, recruitment arrangement, staff performance documentation, training and development documentation, payroll activities, employee benefits and welfare, insurance and salary administration.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and liaise with auditors, tax agent, and other relevant professionals and authorities.
• To assist the project team in preparation of Project Invoice, Operation Report, Subcontractors/ Supplies Invoice or Related Report, debit/credit notes and closing of project accounts whenever required within a specific deadline.
• Generating and maintaining confidential files & reports.
• Ensure proper and efficient filling of documents and be able to retrieve document easily.
• Plan and record fixed costs &variable costs, Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
• Process and prepare invoice, staff claim & payment issuance.
• Good communication skills and able to interact well with customer, sub-contractor, and relevant project leader.
• Provide administrative support such as Upkeep of Office Equipment, Phone Call, Courier, etc.
• Updated weekly, Monthly & yearly report to management.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate and above in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
• Required skill(s): Accounting software (preferable sage One) MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field Must be fluent in English with good written communication skills.
• Strong coordination ability, meticulous, initiative, and able to work under minimum supervision.
• Mature with pleasant personality, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work independently. Must be able to organize, plan and meet deadlines.
