Job details
The Accountant is a key contributor to the day-to-day accounting operations of the Prime Global Fleet Management structure. The position is intended to provide a broad range of accounting and finance support to the Prime Global Fleet Management ;
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Monthly financial reporting and analysis
- Month end close for business locations
- Preparation of weekly and monthly billing reports for fleet maintenance operations
- Account analysis and reconciliation
- Maintain fixed asset system on a regular basis
- Weekly fuel invoicing and reconciliation with related company
- Assist with the year-end external audit process
- Assist with the annual budgeting process
- Assist with special projects and process improvements
- Any other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 1-3 years current accounting experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to focus on details
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Possess a professional demeanor
- Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the company
- Must possess strong interpersonal and exceptional problem solving skills in addition to being a team player
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time
- Must be able to meet deadlines and deal with pressures associated with those deadlines
- Proficiency with Excel
- Experience with other Microsoft based applications (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
