You'll be responsible over the construction of a brand new Holiday Inn Express situated in the heart of Barrow-in-Furness. The project is due to last 5 months, at the end of which, you'll be re-allocated to another project in the ;
*Bricklaying Experience Preferred*
Duties:
Manage site personnel
Regularly liaise with the office to arrange materials/labour
Maintain work flow
Communicate with main contractors in a professional manner
Ensure paperwork is done as required and submitted to the office
Promote high standards of work
Have good working knowledge of masonry construction
The successful candidate will have:
2+ years of construction site management experience
SSSTS or SMSTS
Full Driving Licence
Live within a commutable distance
Required qualifications
