THE ROLE

As a Hybris Senior Consultant, you will manage international projects in Hybris marketing. (Translate client requirements into technical designs, design schema and integrate with content management solutions and search ; 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assume responsibility for architecture concepts for Hybris marketing cloud including innovative activities, proof of concepts, creation and review of architecture concept and design documents, white papers, presentations 
  
• Requirement gathering, configuration, Integration and customization for Hybris marketing cloud related functionalities 
  
• Country specific configurations and rollout activities for Hybris marketing 
  
• Closely interact with internal and external stakeholders for knowledge transfer, mentoring teams, 
  
• Stakeholder management of customer marketing teams to align with system architecture 
  
• Scrum based delivery of Hybris marketing related features 
  

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

At least 5 years of domain knowledge in all area of Marketing with 2 full end-to-end Hybris ;

•   Good exposure in all concepts of Marketing and agile frameworks 
  
•   Good knowledge of HANA Cloud Platform (HCP) 
  
•   Understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns and their application 
  
•   Understanding of Marketing Industry initiatives such Loyalty Management, Customer Journey and Sentiment Engagement 
  
•   Hybris certification a plus
