Job details
Financial Intern will help company to reduce the backlog of raising the pending claims with our suppliers . The position requires a very action oriented approach, good communication skills, and ability to effectively work within the team. Initiative taking and determination are key attributes for success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Receivables
- Assist the Senior Finance executive in raising the claims to suppliers
- Follow the internal timelines to ensure claims are raised on time in full (Maintain accuracy checks)
- SOA Reconciliation between both parties
- Maintain a tracker for in process and disputed claims & follow up with the relevant stakeholders
- Keeping track of receivables & coordinate with the payables team on receiving the credit notes
The applicant should have a valid UAE residence visa.
