Reportage Properties LLC is a successful and growing company in the real estate market bringing together outstanding professionals. Due to our company's expansion, we are looking for new members in a close-knit team.
Candidates must have:
• Preferred 1-2 years' experience in Real Estate/Call Centre.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must speak fluent Arabic and English.
• Computer knowledge in MS Excel and Word, CRM knowledge is a PLUS.
• Must be hardworking.
JOB SUMMARY:
• Answer all the queries and issues accordingly.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
• Engage in active listening, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed. Research clients' issues and provide solutions.
• Interact sincerely with clients to maintain trust and reliability.
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Assisting our sales and leasing agents in finding the units/properties they need by making necessary phone calls to owners through our database.
• Provide excellent customer service with existing and potential clients.
• Answer the calls in a professional manner.
• Transfer calls to the concerned sales agents as instructed and guided by the management.
• Assisting Sales agents in closing deals, if necessary.
• Keep records of all conversations through the call centre for later follow up.
