We are looking for:

Responsibilities:
Contribute to menu creation
Perform all duties of Culinary and related kitchen area associates during pick hours
Prepare and cook foods of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions
Manage and train the kitchen staff effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team
Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
Support brand standards through the training and assessment of your team
Manage food cost controls to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue
Deal with all suppliers in order to maximize efficiency
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards
Assist the General Manager with managing customer relations when necessary, in the absence of the GM
