Job details
The successful candidate would be responsible for reinstating client accounts, making payment arrangements as well as negotiating with creditors and attorneys when required.
Requirements:
- Matric (Essential)
- 2 years' Debt Review experience
- Must be familiar with NCR and NCA Legislation
- Must be able to reinstate accounts
- At least 1 year's experience in a call center environment
Duties:
- Will be responsible for clearing errors in order for funds to be allocated to the correct accounts
- Account reinstatement
- Liaising with creditors in regards to payment arrangements
formulating new payment plans and identifying errors on accounts
- Negotiating with attorneys and creditors whilst following up on outstanding payments.
