Job details
1-Uses the knowledge and Selling skills to influence customers to prescribe MAM products to increase market share and Sales growth.
2-Effective communication of the key selling message to the targeted customers with the proper frequency according to the customer potential.
3-Achieving at least 100% of your sales target for the assigned Line
4-Deliver of 100% of your territory daily planned calls to the Doctors and to the pharmacist as well according to management strategy (Through daily reports, Monthly &Weekly plans).
5-Showing a high level of winning attitude & flexibility regarding Company growth in sales and market share.
6-Meeting and exceeding the customer expectations by understanding the business environment and customer nature.
7-Building and Maintains a productive business relationship with your customers to could able to achieve the company goals in your territory.
8- Evaluate and analyze the available information in the market& communicate to management in a positive way for proper decisions.
9-Supports your team member to could able to achieve our global target.
10-Keep a standard level of loyalty to company by keeping the confidential information and plans away from competitors.
11-Proper use of company assets and keep it up to the standard all times (Brochures, Samples, Vehicles, Etc.).
