We are currently seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant/Secretary to join our Team.

Salary will be discussed upon interview, based on qualifications and office skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Female applicants!

• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)

• At least 2 years UAE career experience

• Proven Work Experience as Secretary or Office Administrator

• Extensive ability on researching through web and other related sources

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal Skills

• Excellent in filing and documentation

• Excellent in organizing meetings and calendar management

• Versed in Microsoft Office applications & New Technology Applications

• Accounting knowledge is a plus


Personal Skills Required for the Role

• Enthusiastic with great attention to detail.

• Proactive

• Proven Resilience

• Patient and flexible

• Ability to work under pressure


The role will involve extensive diary management, handling incoming communications and responding to requests for information on a timely basis.


A typical Day will involve :

• Meetings Reminder

• Answering calls, meeting and greetings of visitors

• Telemarketing introducing Company services

• Files and documents Management (Local and International Documents)

• Correspondence (Local and International)

• Filling and recording Company Expenses

• Checking emails frequently and action any approvals as agreed on his behalf.

• Convey messages / tasks

• Update and Follow-ups for the issues / Tasks pending

• Any other duties may be assigned




Required qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor Degree
