Core / Primary Duties:
Authorized to: Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concern.
Internal Relations: Sales & Distribution, Warehouse and Accounts
External Relation: Customers
Sales & Collection Responsibility.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

Criteria / Requirements:
Educational Qualification : Bachelors in business, sales/marketing or related field. Masters will be advantages.
Professional Experience : 3+ years of previous sales or industry-specific experience and strong familiarity with the protective packaging market / Industrial Plastic Transportation Products.
Performance Criteria : Professional, independent, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented, with a positive customer focus and attitude.
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office.
Additional Qualification (if any) : Certification in Marketing.
