FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MARKETING INTERNSHIPS
Do you want a diverse experience in a vibrant international environment? Do you want to develop your skills in customer service and marketing and meet people from all over the world? This may be for you. The role is based the Link School of English office. Your duties will include:
delivering excellent customer service
student recruitment
answering student enquiries: telephone, email and face-to-face
online marketing
market research
assisting in developing marketing projects
assisting in running the office
We offer:
Duration: 20 hours per week over 3 months or full time over 7 weeks
Work in a professional and friendly environment
Full training in customer service
Internship profile based on your goals and a learning plan set together with you
Regular access to the Centre Manager and Managing Director
Opportunity to progress into a permanent salaried position
Requirements:
Reliability and punctuality essential
Good standard of spoken and written English
Friendly personality
Attention to detail
Proactive attitude
Professional working manner
Background in marketing, business, customer service a plus, not a must
Knowledge of the social media a plus
