We're looking for a passionate front-end developer who wants to take ownership and responsibility for our customers entire digital experience. You'll need to understand how to move a project from concept to development and posses the technical know-how and soft skills required to get there, providing specific consideration to understanding the user experience, information architecture, and how to match our company's long term vision with our users needs.


Essential Skills:

• Plan, develop and maintain website designs, with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency and achieving financial goals.

• Strong Visual and Responsive (Mobile first) Web Design Skills.

• Understanding of all things web including: design best practices, user experience, interaction design, content management and social media channels. Google Webmaster Tools and Google Tag Manager an advantage.

• Experience with WordPress frameworks, CMS and Visual Composer.

• Build quality code libraries using the following technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Twitter Bootstrap, Admin Templates and similar frameworks. Angular experience an advantage.

• Strong Web Fundamentals including SEO (Search Engine Optimisations), User Accessibility and Page Speed considerations.

• Utilise Google Analytics to establish user flow to optimise usability patterns as well as perform analysis on KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).

• An understanding of dimensions, metrics and data segmentation for Analytics purposes.

• SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Develop written copy for advertising campaigns (Google Ads - on Search and Display Networks) and design custom landing pages to best position them on the web.

• Create visual imagery (Including animations and vectors) using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator supportive of our marketing efforts and company branding.

• Flexibility, high attention to detail and the ability to self manage.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
