Job details
Recruiter will be responsible for but not limited to:
- coordinating with heads of departments for recruitment needs
- taking all necessary actions to find suitable candidates by: sourcing CVs, posting jobs on online portals, asking for referrals, etc.
- constantly researching changes in the recruitment field: new interview techniques, better interview feedback forms, etc.
- schedule and conduct interviews
- act as a consultant to hiring managers
- keep record of all recruitment activities: interviews, cold calls, rejects, blacklisted, hires, offer letters, etc.
- keep record of recruitment spending and compare to previous expenditures
- be involved in retaining employees
