- The Technical Project Manager will serve as the ongoing connection between the clients and BE and work to foster relationships. The Technical Project Manager is expected to understand the client's organization strategies and work with internal team members to successfully facilitate the development and execution of assigned marketing technology projects to include enterprise website builds.

- We're looking for someone who is able to build strong relationships with our clients as well as all stakeholders - both internal and external. This person can understand and speak to technical concepts while foreseeing challenges and being proactive to mitigate project risks. This position will play a key role in driving the overall development efforts for clients 'websites as well as oversee all marketing cloud efforts; so you must be able to think strategically about how to meet the client's overall business objectives from a high-level as well as tactical level.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines

- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.

- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, drive internal and external communication to ensure timely completion of projects while meeting client expectations and schedules

- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

- Understand client's business objectives and serve as single point of contact for assigned web development projects

- Experience running sprint planning with full development teams

- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience

- Minimum of 7 years of management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers and delivering software products to market

- Strong understanding of the software development cycle

- Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues

- Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices

- High command of verbal and written English.

- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities. Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred:

- Proficiency with at least one web development language, such as PHP/ .NET/ Android Ruby or Python
