1. At least five (5) years of sound and practical experience in construction projects dealing on infrastructures comprising of:
Earthworks and Roads
Drainage System
Storm Water System
Potable Water System
Fire Fighting System
Electrical System
Solid Waste Treatment System
Bridge and Tunnel Works
2. Civil Engineer
3. Possess Transferrable Iqama
4. Knows to drive and possess valid Saudi Driver's License
5. 28 years to 45 years of age
6. Good conversant in written and oral English
7. Keen on details, team player, and can work under pressure
8. Literate and competent user of AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Primavera (optional but a plus), and STAAD (optional but a plus)
9. Knowledgeable in creating bar bending/cutting schedule; and quantifying concrete, reinforcement, forms and incidental elements leading to the preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) and bill of materials (BOM)
10. Knowledgeable in structural and civil drafting works, particularly in creating details and sections
11. Good in technical comprehension and interpretation of civil and structural drawings
