Job details
The role is that of an accounts manager who is to perform the following:
- Prepare all financial statements and related information for external audits
- Follow up on outstanding and aging accounts receivables
- Adequately and efficiently manage accounts payables
- Has experience with using ERP systems, especially BEAMS
- To draft finance and accounting policies and procedures including authority matrix for different functions
- To make sure all company accounts and statements are accurate and up to date
- To be vigilant to all financial and accounting functions and to ensure all operate to the highest standards
- To be experienced in audit and finance functions and who can manage a team
- To follow up with other departments and make sure all related accounts are in order and up to date
- To have accounting, audit, and finance experience
- To have a minimum of 5 years' accounting and team management experience
