Immediate full-time position available for experienced sign fabricator.
Must have knowledge of materials and determine the work steps for setting up sign components for bending, cutting, drilling, hole punching, notching, and forming.
Job Duties:
• Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings provided by our design department.
• Must be able to operate conventional machines for fabrication such as bending brakes, band saws, shears, tube benders, and press brakes on a variety of materials
• Must be able to fabricate parts to meet the print specifications
• Must perform quality checks on production
• Must be familiar with Mig welding with experience in welding aluminum and steel
• Must be able to perform multiple methods of joining material permanently or through using fasteners in assembly (rivets, screws, clips, caulks, or bonds)
• Must follow all safety, regulatory, and environmental/hazardous standards
Job Qualifications:
• Three+ years of experience as a fabricator in the sign industry
• Reviewing technical drawings
• Working with and welding aluminum/steel
• Knowledge of UL 48 wiring
• Framing large signs
• Diverse background in Mig welding
• Diverse background in the entire sign manufacturing process
