:
The Operations Officer is responsible for alloting stocks to purchase orders to meet internal and external customer expectations
Responsibilities:
- PRIMARY ROLE: Efficiently allocate stocks to purchase orders; plan and schedule which account to be served according to client's policies and ;
- Take initiative, negotiate and make decisions independently weighing internal customer needs and/or warehouse capacity and escalating as appropriate
- Work to optimize warehouse, deployment schedules and on time delivery
- Daily interaction with cross-functional areas including Customer Support Group, Invoicing, and Operations.
